Most don't need anything other than water mixed in, but you can also add plant milk, protein powder or other things to pack an extra punch. I also love the convenience of the packaging and how they are lovingly prepared. I can just thaw one out for a few minutes when I'm ready to enjoy, and I can save the rest in the freezer for whenever I'm ready to enjoy. They can be a healthy breakfast, a midday pick-me-up, or even an afternoon sweet treat. Such a game changer to jump start a detox as well. How long do the packs last?

Longer than your ex. Keep them frozen for up to 6 months. Once blended, drink it fresh or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

How much is in one pack?

Somewhere between 200 and 300g — but honestly, weight is the last thing we think about. We proportion each blend for taste and texture first. A half orange alone weighs around 120g — if we just chased a number on a scale, you'd end up with 80g of everything else and a smoothie that doesn't make sense. We build each blend so it actually tastes the way it should. The weight takes care of itself.

How much smoothie will I get from one pack?

Depends entirely on how much liquid you add — and that's the beauty of it. Want it thick and creamy? Use less than a glass. Want something lighter and more drinkable? Add more. One pack can make a generous smoothie either way. Play with it until you find your perfect consistency.

How do I blend a pack?

Open the pack, drop it straight into your blender, add your liquid of choice and blend. No thawing needed — blend straight from frozen for the best texture. Done in 60 seconds.

What liquid works best?

Your call. Water keeps it light and lets the fruit flavor shine. Coconut water adds hydration and a subtle tropical sweetness — our personal favorite. Milk or plant milk makes it creamier and more filling. You can even mix them. Your blender, your rules.

Can I mix and match blends?

Yes — and the more packs you order, the more variety you get. 3 packs means 1 blend. 5 packs means up to 2. 7 packs means up to 3. 10 packs means up to 4. The 14-day reset is one blend only — that's the whole point.

How is delivery handled?

Orders close every Wednesday at 4pm. Delivery every Friday. Free anywhere in Playa Centro. Outside the center, there's an additional charge based on distance via Playita Express. Message Ainoa to confirm your area.

Can I pick up instead?

Yes. Just let Ainoa know when ordering and we'll arrange a pickup time that works for you.

How do I pay?

Are the ingredients organic?

We source the freshest local produce available in Playa del Carmen — seasonal, real and always washed and prepped fresh on production day. We don't make blanket organic claims because availability varies. What we can promise is that everything is raw, unprocessed and contains absolutely nothing added.

I have inflammation, gut issues or a health condition. Can Naked Blends help?

We started this brand partly because of our own experience with inflammation and gut health — so we get it. Our blends are designed with real benefits in mind, not just flavor. We're not doctors and we don't make medical claims. What we can tell you is that real fruits and vegetables, consumed consistently, do real things for your body. Tell Ainoa your situation when you order and she'll point you toward the right blends.

Is there added sugar, preservatives or artificial anything?

None. Zero. Not a single thing added. What you see in the ingredient list is exactly what's in the pack — real fruits, real vegetables, vacuum sealed. The sweetness comes from the fruit. That's it.

What if an ingredient isn't available?

Some ingredients are seasonal — that's part of working with real, fresh produce in a tropical climate. If something isn't available we'll substitute with something that keeps the blend balanced and delicious. We'll always let you know if anything changes.
